Our Red Rainbow Trout are sourced from The Columbia River which spans from the waters of the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, Canada and flows down into Washington State. Rainbow trout are a soft flaky fish with a delicate almost nutty not overly “fishy” flavor. Any recipe that calls for snapper or salmon will work great with trout.
